Automatic L Sealing and Shrink Wrapping 

The MES 700-80 Automatic L Sealer uses centre-folded polyolefin shrink film to automatically seal products before transferring them to a heat shrink tunnel. 

Combined with the MES 313 Shrink Tunnel, the system produces close-fitting shrink wrapped packs suitable for product presentation, handling and distribution.

How the Automatic L Sealer Works

Products are automatically conveyed into the sealing area, where the film is sealed around each item or collation before the product passes through the heat shrink tunnel.

Inside the tunnel, controlled heat shrinks the film around the product, producing a secure, close-fitting wrap.

The continuous process reduces manual handling and allows the machine to operate as part of an automated packaging line.
