Automatic L Sealer – Pharmaceutical Cartons

This video shows an ME Shrinkwrap Automatic L Sealer wrapping individual pharmaceutical cartons in polyolefin shrink film at speeds of up to 2,400 packs per hour.

Automatic L Sealer Wrapping Process

Individual cartons are manually fed onto the conveyor, after which the wrapping and sealing process is automatic. Each pack then passes through the heat shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the carton to provide a consistent, tamper-evident wrap for product protection, presentation and transportation.

Automatic L sealing is well suited to pharmaceutical, healthcare and personal care production where individual cartons need to be shrink wrapped at higher production speeds.
