Automatic Sleeve Wrapper for Medicine Cartons

This video shows our automatic sleeve wrapper running individual medicine cartons, collated and wrapped for transportation and storage. 

Wrapping Process

Cartons are fed along the conveyor and grouped before being wrapped in shrink film and passed through a heat tunnel. The film shrinks tightly around the pack, keeping the collation together through handling and distribution.

The wrapped product exits the machine and is ready for packing and transportation.

Automatic sleeve wrapping is widely used across pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging, where products need to be securely wrapped and protected throughout the transit and storage process.
