Automatic Sleeve Wrapper for Medicine Cartons

This video shows an ME Shrinkwrap Automatic Sleeve Wrapper collating and shrink wrapping individual medicine cartons into grouped packs for transportation and storage.

Wrapping Process

Individual cartons are fed along the conveyor and automatically grouped into collations. Each collation is then sleeve wrapped in shrink film and transferred through the heat shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the cartons to hold the pack securely together. 

 The finished packs exit the machine ready for onward handling, storage and transportation.

Common Applications

Automatic sleeve wrapping is widely used for pharmaceutical and healthcare products where multiple cartons need to be collated and securely wrapped for handling, storage and distribution.
