Automatic Sleeve Wrapper – Individual Medicine Cartons

This video shows our automatic sleeve wrapper handling individual medicine cartons, collated in to small groups and wrapped for protection during handling, transport and storage.

Wrapping Process

Cartons enter the machine via the side feed and are grouped into 3-pack collations. Each collation is then transferred into the film feed, wrapped, and sealed before passing through the heat shrink tunnel. As the pack moves through the tunnel, the film tightens around the cartons, forming a compact outer wrap.

The finished packs edit the machine ready for packing or distribution.
