Sleeve Wrapping Process

The operator loads trays of tea cartons onto the automatic conveyor which transports the product forward to the film wrapping area. Here the tea trays are loosely wrapped with protective, robust shrink wrapping film. The machine then advances the product into the heat sealing tunnel where the shrink and sealing process is completed automatically.

The packaged tea cartons are now ready for loading and transportation to their final destination.
