Automatic Sleeve Wrapper for Tea Carton Multipacks

This automatic sleeve wrapper is shown running 12-pack trays of tea cartons at speeds of up to 1,680 packs per hour, depending on pack size.

Sleeve Wrapping Process

Products are loaded onto the infeed conveyor, wrapped in polyethylene film, and passed through a shrink tunnel where the film tightens around the pack. The finished result is a tight, secure outer wrap that holds the collation together through handling, storage, and distribution.

Sleeve wrapping in this format is widely used for food and drink multipacks, particularly where consistent pack formation and reliable transit protection are required.
