Automatic Sleeve Wrapper for Toothpaste Carton Collations
This video shows our Automatic Sleeve Wrapper collating and shrink wrapping toothpaste cartons into grouped packs for handling, packing and distribution.
Collation and Wrapping Process
Individual toothpaste cartons are fed along the conveyor and automatically grouped into a 4 x 3 collation. The collated pack is then wrapped in shrink film and transferred through the heat shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the cartons to hold them securely together.
The finished packs exit the machine ready for onward packing and distribution.
Common Applications
Automatic sleeve wrapping is well suited to cosmetics and personal car production where multiple cartons need to be collated and securely wrapped for handling, storage and distribution.
