Automatic Sleeve Wrapper for Toothpaste Carton Collations
This video shows an automatic sleeve wrapper handling stacks of toothpaste cartons, collated and wrapped for onward packing.
Collation and Wrapping Process
Individual cartons are fed along the conveyor and grouped into a 4x3 collation. The stack is then wrapped in the shrink film and passed through a heat tunnel, where the film tightens around the collation, keeping to secure for handling and distribution.
The wrapped packs exit the machine, ready packing and shipment.
Common Applications
This type of sleeve wrapping is widely used across cosmetics and pharmaceutical production, where grouped products need to stay secure from packing through to delivery.
