Chamber Wrapper – Confectionery

Video of ME Shrinkwrap manually operated Shrink Chamber Machine. Here we are wrapping individual chocolate boxes and confectionery cartons for display and protection purposes, wrapping up to 8 cartons per minute (480 per hour). 

Shrink Chamber Wrapping Process

The machine operator envelopes singular or multiple confectionery cartons in shrink wrap film, then places it into the shrink chamber. By closing the 'hood', the machine seals and shrink wraps the enclosed product. Excess film is easily removed by the operator who then removes the perfectly shrink wrapped confectionery carton(s) from the machine. The product is now ready for storage, transit or display.
