Intermittent Motion Side Sealer Shrink Wrapping Process

Large calendars are fed onto the conveyor.  The automated wrapping process begins with the conveyor feeding individual calendars or product collations into the wrapping area of the machine.   The printer paper product is loosely shrink wrapped with Polyolefin and then continues its journey into the heat shrink tunnel to complete the shrink wrapping process. The results is a well-protected, perfectly tight-wrapped product ready for transportation or display.
