Shrink Wrap Process for Jiffy Bag Multi-packs

Individual jiffy bags are collated in to multi-packs of 10. These are then loaded onto the side sealer and conveyed into the film wrapping part of the machine where they are enveloped in clear shrink wrap film and the open end is sealed. This is followed by the machine transferring the wrapped product into the heat shrink tunnel where the shrink and sealing process is completed.  The jiffy bag multipacks are now ready for transportation, storage and display.
